HOW IT WORKS
Training is controlled by Train2Win Endurance Coaching coach. You receive weekly or monthly TrainingPeaks training plan which is created according to your abilities. Training plan is tailored to your goals, previous results, physical condition and health.
TrainingPeaks program, or your ‘training diary’ helps the coach to follow your training process, provides effective communication and coach can analyze your training process in detail. TrainingPeaks is applied to Web App and Mob App.
