It's not just a saying that nutrition has a huge part in getting your results (try to take part in a hard race without carbs and you'll know what I'm talking about). Kristine Podvinska is our team nutrition coach.
She has Bachelor's degree in Health Care and Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences. Kristīne is working with our athletes - setting up nutritional strategies and meal plans for training and everyday life, as well as when the race season starts - every athlete knows what to do and how to prepare before race, during and after.
